Fellowship Place is a learning community in New Haven that supports members in developing social, vocational, educational & artistic skills that enable them to live independent and productive lives in the community. Each member has a staff advisor that helps them set recovery goals and choose groups, classes and services to meet their individual needs. Membership in Fellowship Place is open to people who have a mental illness/or substance abuse and are referred to Fellowship by a clinician, doctor or social worker and live in the Greater New Haven area. To be eligible for services from Fellowship Place, you must meet the criteria below:
- You must be eighteen years or older and have a diagnosis of a major mental illness and/or substance abuse
- Priority is given to residents of Catchment Area 7 (New Haven, Woodbridge, Bethany, or Hamden).
- You must be receiving ongoing clinical services.
