A Supportive Community Fostering Mental Health

CREST Program

The CREST Center is a community-based program that serves individuals involved in the Criminal Justice System who exhibit symptoms of a psychiatric condition, mental illness, or co-occurring disorder. It is a collaboration of Fellowship Place, Inc. and The Connection, Inc. to serve individuals who might otherwise be incarcerated or are in need of assistance with their return to the community.

Clients are referred by criminal justice agents as an alternative to incarceration. We utilize a case management service model to develop individualized service plans. Services are provided on the Fellowship Place campus and participants are encouraged to join the Fellowship Club. It is the CREST Center’s mission to bridge the efforts of the mental health and criminal justice systems to meet the needs of community safety and individual recovery. This is done with consistent monitoring, support, and case management addressing the behavioral health needs of individuals in collaboration with the Criminal Justice System.
