Fellowship promotes a culture of holistic health by providing members with resources and education to improve mental, physical and spiritual well-being, and foster healthier life choices.  Research shows that general health status of people with psychiatric disabilities has not been equal to that of the general population.  To address this need, we encourage physical activity, spiritual growth, and the management of chronic medical conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.  Our programming includes: Daily Living and Interpersonal Skills, Spirituality, Relaxation & Yoga, Medication & Symptom Management, Exercise and Dance.
